By accessing and using StickLink ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

StickLink provides a platform for creating and managing NFC-powered digital profiles. Our services include:

• Creation and customization of digital profiles
• NFC tag integration and management
• QR code generation for profile sharing
• Analytics and visitor tracking
• Social media integration
• Custom themes and widgets

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not use StickLink for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Post or transmit prohibited content including hate speech, violence, or adult content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Users retain ownership of content they post to StickLink. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you post
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms of Service

Your use of StickLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StickLink and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at [email protected].

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. StickLink disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall StickLink, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
